| Homeowners are defined as people who live at a property that requires services. For the avoidance of doubt a Homeowner may include the Freeholder of the Property, the Leaseholder of the Property or a Person(s) who rent the Property from a third party.

| Tradespersons are defined as people and/or businesses who provide services to Homeowners in the following fields:

| Shops are defined as people and/or businesses who provide products to Homeowners and Tradespersons in the following fields:

| 2.
| Your Obligations as a Homeowner:

| Camden Gardeners encourages Homeowners to provide feedback, ratings and reviews about the Tradesperson you have used. TEG reserves the right to publish feedback from Homeowners, including ratings and statistics based on Tradesperson activity on the Website and will use this information to monitor the performance and continued Listing of Tradespersons.

| Feedback must not contain offensive, defamatory or inappropriate language. TEG reserves the sole right to determine what is considered offensive, defamatory or inappropriate language. Feedback must be factual, and not contain offensive, defamatory or inappropriate language. You must not post feedback about yourself or include any contact details or personal information in your feedback.

| Your Obligations as a Tradesperson:

| Accurate Information: You warrant that you have provided complete, accurate and current information when registering as a Tradesperson. You must maintain and update your personal information held by TEG to ensure it is kept current at all times. TEG may contact you by phone email or mail you to verify these details.

| | b.
| You will only provide quotes to Homeowners for trade services if such trade services can be provided and that are accurate, current, complete, and include all relevant information about the terms of trade services and payment terms.

| | c.
| If you are not satisfied with a review that has been placed you may not threaten, coerce or intimidate a Homeowner into changing a review. If you believe a review is offensive, insulting, or defamatory please contact Camden Gardeners by email at sales@teg.co.uk. |

| 4.
| Data protection

| | a.
| The processing of a user's personal data is necessary for their legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, unless there is a good reason to protect the individual's personal data which overrides those legitimate interests.

| You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose.

| Disclaimer / Legal

| Guarantee or make representations regarding the skills or representations of any Tradesperson using our Website or the quality of the job that the Tradesperson may perform for you if you elect to retain their services.

| Endorse or recommend the services of any particular Tradesperson.

| TEG and/or the Camden Gardeners Website is at no time or in no way a party to any contract between a Homeowner and a Tradesperson and we are not to be included or mentioned in any such contract.

| A Tradesperson(s) is/are not employee(s) or agent(s) of TEG and/or the Camden Gardeners Website.

| | d.
| The information given in these Terms & Conditions is correct, but TEG reserves the right to change any of it without prior notice.

| | e.
| These rules are governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of the same.
